THIS BOX INCLUDES:

INGREDIENT LIST:

  • Salmon Burger - Lemon, red onion, cilantro, salt, teriyaki sauce (sugar, tamari, ginger, tamarind, onion, sake)
  • Prawn Skewer - Lemon, parsley, black pepper, olive oil.

COOKING INSTRUCTION:

Teriyaki Salmon Burger
  • On the grill or in a pan with oil on medium HI heat sear the burger on both sides for 3 minutes each
  • Allow to rest for 2 minutes and enjoy on your favourite bun and desired toppings!

Suggested Accompaniment: Sesame Bun with wasabi mayo and Asian slaw

Tuna Steaks

  • Season your tuna with salt *if you have a secret spice blend for fish up your sleeve, I would highly suggest to use it and bump up the flavour!*
  • On the grill or in a pan with oil on medium HI heat sear on each side for 2 minutes for medium temperature. If you like your tuna well-done sear on each side for 5 minutes
  • Allow to rest for 2 minutes and enjoy with your favourite sides or salad

Suggested Accompaniment: keep it light with some grilled asparagus, the wilted green of your choice and charred lemon

Lemon, garlic marinated Prawn Skewers

  • Season your prawns with salt
  • On the grill or in a pan with oil on medium HI heat sear on both sides for 4 minutes
  • Serve with your favourite side dish

Suggested Accompaniment: simple vegetable stir fry, anything in the season with your favourite sauce and steamed rice

Halibut

  • Season your fish simply with salt
  • On the grill or in a pan with oil on medium heat place, the fish skin side down for 3-5 minutes or until the skin is crispy. Carefully turn the fish over and continue cooking for another 4 minutes
  • *if you have a grill mat even better!  If not don’t worry just be gentle*
    Allow to rest for 2 minutes and serve with your favourite sides

Suggested Accompaniment: roasted baby potatoes and mango salsa served with a squeeze of lime
